Settings › Sources › Add. Paste the URL your provider gave you, name it, and Gflix loads the channels and the guide.

Connecting a media server
Settings › Sources › Add › Media server. Sign in, pick the libraries you want on your shelves, and they appear alongside everything else.
A stream will not play
Try another quality version from the channel's quality menu. If none of them play, the stream is most likely down at the provider.

Settings › About › Diagnostics gathers what we need to look into a problem. Send it with a note about what you were doing.

No. Gflix is a player with no content of its own. You bring your own playlist or connect your own media server, and Gflix plays what you already have access to.
iPhone and iPad today, from one purchase, with your library and progress following you between them. Apple TV is in the works. A Mac version is not decided yet.
Gflix is in TestFlight first. Join from the download page, and you are on the same builds we are — with a way to send feedback straight back from the app.
Nothing while it is in TestFlight. At launch it starts at €1.99 a month, with a yearly price and a one-off lifetime purchase that work out cheaper — the figures are in the pricing section on the home page.
If the channel has other quality versions, try another from its quality menu first. If none play, the stream is most likely down at the provider — send a report from Settings › Help & Feedback with diagnostics attached, and we will look.
Your sources, credentials and watch history stay on your devices and, if you turn on sync, in your own iCloud account. There is no account to sign up for, and nothing you watch passes through a server of ours. The privacy policy has the details.
